Warranty Certificate

International Business Cooperation (IBC) is honored by your choice of one of our distinguished products and your joining the TRANE family. We take pride in serving you and providing exceptional care through our highly qualified after-sales service team, ensuring top standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers all malfunctions resulting from material or manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years starting from the date of installation and commissioning of the unit, and no later than two (2) months from the delivery date to the customer — whichever comes first.

Warranty Conditions

  • A valid tax invoice showing the purchase date and compliant with applicable laws must be presented for the warranty to be valid.
  • In case the invoice is not provided, the warranty period will be calculated based on the production date printed on the unit, with a maximum grace period of three (3) months.
  • During the warranty period, IBC commits to repair or replace any component of the product free of charge if a manufacturing defect is confirmed after technical inspection.
  • Replaced parts under warranty become the property of the company and may not be claimed by the customer.

Replacement or Return

The product may be replaced or returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or installation only if a major defect is discovered.

Exclusions – The Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Improper use of the product, or use not in accordance with the user manual or operating instructions.
  • Damage due to shocks, drops, exposure to liquids, or harmful chemicals.
  • Any malfunction resulting from installation or maintenance by unauthorized personnel or entities not approved by IBC.
  • Damage due to direct exposure to sunlight, rain, excessive humidity, dust, or unsuitable installation environments.
  • Any attempt to open, alter, or tamper with the product or its components by the user or any unauthorized third party.
  • Damage caused by corrosive gases or vapors affecting internal parts or coils (e.g., installation near sewage stations, drainage systems, cement or chemical factories).
  • Relocating the unit from the original installation site by the customer.
  • Issues related to pre-existing installations (such as buried copper piping or drainage) not performed by IBC.
  • Natural disasters or external factors such as lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes, or unstable power supply.
  • Consumable parts such as filters and remote controls, unless proven to be defective due to manufacturing.
  • Commercial use of the product.

Warranty Void If:

  • The product or serial number is tampered with, altered, removed, or erased.
  • The original warranty certificate is lost.

Product Lifespan

The expected lifespan of this product is seven (7) years from the date of purchase, assuming recommended operation and usage conditions are followed.

Spare Parts After Warranty

Trane IBC commits to providing genuine spare parts even after the warranty period, at a cost, based on the specific part and year of use.
